Dashlane for MacOS
Hello everyone, how are you all doing? Any of you heard of Dashlane? It is a one of the most popular password managing apps available today and this version is exclusively for those of us who use iMacs, Macbooks and other devices running MacOS.
We received an email on August 2nd 2018 from a regular visitor on our web site asking us if we could recommend a good, secure and free password manager and luckily I have been using Dashlane as my #1 password manager for about a year now and a half now with no issues so far. I didn’t hesitate to tell him/her to give this app a try, after I responded to the email I thought, why not post about Dashlane on this web site and let you guys try it out too? Let’s find out if Dashlane is worth your time to download.
What Is The Dashlane App About?
- How to understand and fix the most common Dashlane issues such as How do I save and restore my data entrusted to Dashlane? - page 1 of our step by step guides and a way for Dashlane customers to request that GetHuman researchers look into a solution.
- For complete security, Dashlane does not store Master Passwords in any form. Therefore, we are unable to provide or reset a Master Password. Sharing critical passwords or activating the Emergency Contact feature are recommended to ensure continuity in the event a user forgets their Master Password.
Dashlane is one of the worlds best password manager. The app is available Mac, Windows, iOS and Android. Unlike LastPass, you should install Dashlane on your system to use the software that means if you need to use Dashlane, the app should be on your system. No dark mode support on either Windows or Mac (seriously how is this not a thing?!) Unable to login with TouchID on Mac. (Literally has never worked) Past few iOS updates have made the app very slow to open and get to things quickly. On iOS, the password prompt on the keyboard shows up about 50% of the time. While we work tirelessly to bring you the best application we can, issues are sadly bound to occur. Some problems may occur because of a conflict between Dashlane and another application or extension running on your machine, some may occur only within very specific circumstances, and others may occasionally affect many of our users.
